Nurses, doctors, carers and AHPs can let agencies with matching jobs contact them. Those whose role, specialty and location fit what you recruit for appear in your account as an anonymous summary. You ask to contact them; if they say yes, you get their name, email and mobile (and their CV if they choose).

What verifying can't do
It can't buy a better rank, change your results or hide anything. Every agency is assessed with the same method, whether or not it has verified. New, checkable information you give us is assessed the same way as everyone else's. How we rank
Questions
- Who can verify?
- Anyone with an email address on your agency's own website domain, e.g. jane@youragency.co.uk. Several people from the same agency can join.
- Does it cost anything?
- No. Verifying and badges are free, and nobody can pay to rank.
- I only have a personal email address
- We can't verify personal addresses (Gmail, Outlook and so on). Ask a colleague with a work address, or tell us through Report an error.
- Will my badge show my position?
- Only if you're in the top 10 of our overall ranking. Sector rankings are shown as tiers (Top 10, Top 25 and Top 50), and every agency can show “Ranked on HealthAgencies.co.uk”, which never shows a number.
- Can we search or contact candidates?
- You can't search CVs. Candidates who've chosen to let agencies with matching jobs contact them appear in your account if they fit what you recruit for: you send a short request, and they choose whether to share their details. It's free and has no effect on your ranking.
- Do our jobs appear on the site?
- Yes, if we can find them: we read the live jobs on agencies' own websites every night. Once you've verified, you can also connect your jobs feed, so we see all your live jobs with full details.
- How fast do changes appear?
- Most go live at our next update. A few, like a new company number or sector, we check against official records first; you'll see the status in your account.
