How it works
- Verify your agency with your work email, if you haven't already (for agencies).
- In your account, choose Connect your jobs feed and paste its address. We check it straight away and show you what we found.
- We look over every new feed before our crawler first reads it. From then on it reads it every night.
Formats we read
- RSS or Atom. The jobs feed many agency websites already publish, often at /feed or /jobs/feed.
- Job XML. For example the Indeed-style feed your website or applicant tracking system makes (Access Volcanic, Eploy, Bullhorn's career portal and others).
- JSON. A jobs API from your website or ATS, such as Workable, Recruitee, Lever or Greenhouse.
- A job sitemap. A sitemap listing your job pages, if each page carries job structured data (JobPosting).
Not sure which you have? Paste the address of your jobs page: if it carries job structured data, that works too. The feed must start with https:// and allow our crawler (how to let it in).
Questions
Will a feed change how we're ranked?
The way we rank is the same for every agency. A feed simply lets us see all your live jobs, with full details such as pay, so your listing reflects everything you actually advertise, not just what we could find on your website.
Does it cost anything?
No. Connecting a feed is free for every verified agency.
How often do you read it?
Once a night, with our usual polite crawler (HealthAgenciesBot). New jobs appear after the next read, and jobs that leave your feed close then too.
What if the feed is down one night?
Nothing closes. We keep the jobs from the last good read, try again the next night, and show the problem on your account page.
Do you show our full job descriptions?
Yes, for jobs that come from your feed. Without a feed we show only our own short summary of the facts in each advert, never your text.
We post through Broadbean, idibu or LogicMelon
We don't take posts from multiposters yet. If your website or ATS publishes a feed of the same jobs, use that. Tell us through Report an error if you'd like us as a multiposter destination.
Who sees the feed address?
Only us. It isn't shown on your page, and we read only the jobs in it: no recruiter names, emails or phone numbers.
